Geographic Scope and Service Topic
This refund policy applies to customers in Finland, the EU, and the EEA. We sell dietary supplements including Vasqolira. Products are not medicines and we make no medical claims. This policy supports compliance with advertising standards such as Google Ads policies for dietary supplement sellers.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within the withdrawal period. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in original packaging, unopened and undamaged. For hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplement packaging may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective.
Refund Process
